overview.
growlytics is a B2B SaaS platform that helps growth teams at fast-scaling companies make sense of their data. their platform aggregates metrics from dozens of tools — ads, CRM, product analytics — into one unified dashboard. when they came to us, they were preparing for a series A raise and needed a product experience that matched their ambition.
challenge.
growlytics had powerful technology under the hood, but the interface told a different story. the existing dashboard was dense, technical, and designed by engineers for engineers. non-technical stakeholders couldn't quickly understand the value being shown to them.
the product was losing deals during demos. prospects couldn't see past the complexity to grasp what made growlytics genuinely different.

solution.
we rebuilt the interface around progressive disclosure — surfacing the most important metrics at a glance, with deeper data available on demand. a new home screen greets users with a curated performance snapshot, while modular widgets let teams customize exactly what they track.
the visual system — clean whites, precise typography, restrained use of color to signal vs. noise — gave the platform a level of polish that immediately built trust with enterprise buyers. we also redesigned the investor-facing reporting module to tell a coherent growth narrative.

we designed growlytics to feel like the smartest person in the room — instantly surfacing what matters, quietly ignoring everything else. the dashboard doesn't just display data; it tells the story of a company's growth in seconds.
outcome.
following the redesign, growlytics closed their series A at a $12M valuation — with multiple investors citing the product's clarity and design maturity as a key differentiator. demo-to-trial conversion improved by 41% in the first quarter after launch.
average session time increased by over 35%. the component library we produced has since accelerated growlytics' in-house development team, cutting time-to-ship for new features by approximately 30%.
